How to Take Care of Your Cool Headz Hats
• Turn your hat inside out
• Either hand wash or machine wash (gentle cycle)
• Dry flat

Return Policy
Regular items may be returned for a full refund providing the merchandise is returned in its original packaging with tag intact within 21 days of purchase.

Exchange Policy
Within 10 days of the invoice date, you may exchange a hat. Please mail it with its tag intact to Cool Headz Hats. We are always happy to talk with you via phone or e-mail about sizing, color, styling or special orders.
